Originally from Nashville, TN, Terry relocated to Atlanta, GA with his job and eventually retired in 2022. Now based in Duluth, GA, he decided to dive headfirst into his passion for abstract art. He is a self-taught artist who loves exploring how color, light and form interact on the canvas. His process is all about intuition - layering shapes and marks to create pieces that spark emotion and invite different interpretations. Since painting full-time, Terry’s work has been featured in juried exhibits at galleries and art centers in the metro Atlanta area. In June of 2024, he had the exciting opportunity to showcase his work in a solo exhibit.
